CetolÂ® 1 RE (Reduced Emissions) wood finish is a transparent exterior wood basecoat to be used with CetolÂ® 23 PLUS REâ„¢ top coat. Its oil alkyd formulation offers excellent penetration and adhesion to vertical wood surfaces.
